It took a while for me to
receive this :-/ but I love it! You can sprinkle them on almost all
Foods-Oatmeals, Yogurts, Cereals, Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Breads & Salads
(to name some). You can even add them to your morning Shakes &
Smoothies or eat alone w/ Bee-Free Honey. Yum! HEMP HEARTS have a nutty, crunchy,
Sunflower Seeds kind of taste to them but if that bothers you, you can eat it w/ other foods. You'll barely taste them that way & they'll blend right
in. HEMP HEARTS is a good energy-booster. I felt awesome right after
eating them! They're also good for those who want to lose weight! & if you're
not into Flaxseed, this makes a great alternative :)
They're not only good for your health but are a great source of protein as well! All in all-They are satisfying & you can even substitute them with Bread Crumbs :-)
